iOS App is a 4, web app is a 5. I would like a “reader mode” on the iOS app where editing/inserting/completing is paused. This would make navigating on the iPhone much easier.

I’m a WorkFlowy evangelist. I tell everyone about it and show them how I use it for every project I’ve got going. I’ve converted a best-selling author, a hollywood producer, a PhD student, and a science professor. Once you use it, you’ll be a convert too.

It’s fast, comes with different fonts, and comes with powerful features like the ability to export all or any notes in one fell swoop and a powerful search. I wouldn’t mind if the team added notifications.

You can get up and running in 5 minutes, be a power user within 24 hours — and (if that’s your thing), be running your fully configured, personalized GTD “implementation” a day or two later.

I've used WorkFlowy for years, as an outliner rather than a task manager. They have started to add features to the mobile app that earlier I could get only on a computer--great! I create templates and dup them to modify for a specific instance; now I can do that wherever I am! Yay!

Still charged after cancellation

I continue to be charged for this app six months after cancellation and numerous emails to customer service. I have no way to log into my account because it does not exist. The only way to make the charges stop is if I cancel my credit card and get a new one since this company is of no help whatsoever. Sasha and Lee Granas both responded to my ticket and both confirmed that the charges would be refunded. So far nothing except a big headache. There are plenty of options out there for time maintenance. Steer clear of this one.

Workflowy has done a fantastic job at bringing its app into current times. Both UI and functionality are great. Devs added much-needed features. I think it's finally ready for Apple to feature in its Stories.
