Still charged after cancellation – WorkFlowy: Note, List, Outline Review

I continue to be charged for this app six months after cancellation and numerous emails to customer service. I have no way to log into my account because it does not exist. The only way to make the charges stop is if I cancel my credit card and get a new one since this company is of no help whatsoever. Sasha and Lee Granas both responded to my ticket and both confirmed that the charges would be refunded. So far nothing except a big headache. There are plenty of options out there for time maintenance. Steer clear of this one.
