I Love This App.

I use this simple and flexible list organizer at home and in the office. The ability to reorganize my list on the fly by simply clicking on an item and dragging to a new location is great. The simplicity of Workflowy is its virtue. Other list keeping apps are too complicated. The ability to maintain my lists in the office on my Mac, or on the road on my iPhone is a major plus. As i said, I love this app and use it several times every day.

Love it but…

I love this app and use it religiously but the newest update added text features (ie bold, italics, underlined), which is great but all of a sudden, I couldn’t find the check mark (which you use to check off a task and delete it from the list)… come to find it by swiping over on the editing menu - but that is less than ideal when the check mark is the most frequently used feature!?! Please make the check mark more prevalent and I will happily make my review a glowing 5*!!!

Been a subscriber for several years, and I must say that WorkFlowy team is only improving the app/product. They have added new features such as native colors, back links and mirrors to name a few to an already slick product. There is an outstanding community on slack where one can seek help/ideas for organizing or methods for improving productivity. Great work team!! Looking forward to other features!!

The mind is a scary place. Don’t go there alone; but if you must, Workflowy is a trust worthy everything tool. You must experience it for yourself to truly understand. So download the app watch a few videos and surf your brainwaves with style ?

It helps you keep track of anything and everything. It doesn’t have way too many features, just enough for what you might want. And what you can do with it is amazing! But it’s kind of obvious it’s made more for the web. Linking something is either really hard or just impossible, compared to on the computer. On the computer, moving or deleting a bullet can be done more easily than on the phone. It would be nice if some of these features were also included on mobile. All in all, great app! I seriously love it. But it’s tailored more for computer use than mobile use.

I would have given this 5 stars, but I’m super disappointed I lost the quick check mark option. I keep my grocery list ready to go and have been used to crossing an item off when I buy it, then mark it incomplete with the check mark when I need the item again. That was 99% of how I use this app. The quick swipe to check off an item is OK, but to get it back to incomplete is now a tedious process. Can we get the check mark back please?

I have been using WorkFlowy for about 10 years, and just last week, finally upgraded to the pro version. I can never think the workflow a team enough for providing such an amazing and simplified system for the layout and app organization, easy notetaking, and even for my social media contact management system. It’s amazing! ❤️

Amazing, but apps need help

I LOVE Workflowy. It jives great with how I think and it’s really easy to organize my thoughts and ideas. It’s easy and intuitive to use. I had to dock a star (almost docked 2!) for the app for iPhone and iPad. They just aren’t to the usability of the desktop. Dragging bullets is hit or miss. Half the time the keyboard covers what you are writing on the iPhone so you can’t really see it. It’s just glitchy and takes up time. Hope it gets better! Still love Workflowy and recommend it to all!

Keep It Simple Stupid is just what Workflowy achieves. The app is dead simple to use — a folding outliner. But as you gradually build up your own important memory items (eg grandson’s teachers name) you begin to realize how much you can depend on Workflowy’s instant search instead of your own feeble memory — doctor visit notes, health history for you and your family, car VIN and plate number, … The more you use it, the more valuable it becomes. And the instant sync between your laptop, phone, iPad make it even more powerful!
