I'm updating my review. I sent an email using the 'help' contact us option in the user game settings letting them know that I wasn't able to claim the rewards. The response was they are aware of the issue but no ETA of the fix. I certainly hope that once it's resolved we are able to claim all the rewards that are building up. *Upate··* I contacted them again to ask if we'll be able to claim all the rewards that are stacking up. They said yes, as long as they are still showing. They suggested I try WWF 2. Well, the complaints on WWF 2 are just as bad as they are for WWF, so that was kind of a dumb suggestion. The reason some people can play the word JE and score points and another player can't is because one is using Word Classic and the other player is using Word 2. And, for example, players are using different versions and they have a legitimate word. Depending on which version they use, the points for the word are different. And, if you miss a day collecting the daily bonus, you can claim it the next day , for example it's the 17th, you don't claim the bonus until the 18th. Now, because you collected the bonus a day late, the daily bonus will always be off by one day. So, in order the claim the bonus on the calendar day of the 18th, you have to wait until the 19th. And, now suddenly you can't plan ahead to see if a Word is legit..based on the bizzare dictionary WWF uses, you also don't know the point value. I wish I could get paid to do such a shoddy job. *

I paid for the ad-free version. Now that purchase has been negated. I spend more time waiting for long ads to play than I do playing my turn. Waste of time.

Lately been getting very perverted messages. Tried to report players but only getting a spinning wheel.

Please allow me to go back to the older version of WWF. I DO NOT like the “enhancements”; rather, to me, they are distractions.
What is up with the unfair dictionary situation?

There have been a lot of “improvements” to this game which I don’t particularly like, but none are as bad as the recent word update. People who have older devices and can’t upgrade to the new version are unable to play hundreds of words. I don’t want to play an unfair game. I find the tools available to help people cheat a little annoying, but this is patently unfair.
