Love this game! The only issue is that it’s crashing a lot lately. Never had this happen before this week-many crashes. Thanks!

The little side challengers are annoying. I just want to play, I don’t care about winning chests. Also, playing the solo challenges are ridiculous! Why doesn’t the computer ever get stuck with all vowels or all consonants??

I signed up for WWF basic. I do not like the new features! I do not like not having a choice. Back to basics! I love this game, but with all your “improvements” I am giving this a low rating!

Oh Zynga, going flashy is NOT the way to impress intellectuals whom play word games with their quick witted friends. This last app update is truly hideous. Good luck with your player retention.

Love the game. The app keeps getting a black screen. And when that happens I have to delete the app and download it again. Very frustrating!!

I play many word games online, and this is the worst website of all. Way too many ads that last too long. The website is constantly blacking out,so I am constantly restarting it, which often takes 45 seconds to connect. Not my device- happens on the several I own; not my connection- happens wherever I am. Very frustrating! They really need to update this site and work out the kinks, of which there are many! Something went wrong

I often play a couple practice games along with the matches against friends. About three weeks ago I started getting a “something went wrong” message which totally locks up the game. There is no way to delete the game and continue. The only way is to delete and reload the app. Pretty frustrating!!

Can not open daily prizes.
