Lost everything

Lost everything I had cause I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it wasn’t connecting. Started over and had the same problem today with the update. So much lost!
Can’t collect cash or exchange coins

Been playing about a month, and after having several million coins, and almost $10 in gems, I couldn’t collect or exchange anything. App wouldn’t let me even open a way to exchange. Deleted and reinstalled twice, lost everything I had gained, and still have the same problem.

I loved this game so much! With the issues I deleted my app and opened again. Lost all my coins! Worked hard for 3 months to get those and now gone.
Bugs! I have to reinstall!

I have lost my month worth of game! Other apps at apple, if you reinstall you get an updated of where you left off. I have to reinstall because it says always network connection failed! Then after playing for a day I closed it when I reopened asked me to continue playing charging me 1 gem or a dollar?! Ridiculous! Then after playin for whole day will give me 1-2 cents? Waste of time! You have to watch 2 ads before you can continue your game!

Where its the option to give 0 stars? At first its wonderful app, easy to make money and then with the new version all the money its gone and the only that the developers do its say they are so sorry. Dont download it until the create a new version were we can create an account and keep all the money and points collected. Its seems to me that they do it on purpose to delete the money on accounts before reaching the $10 to cash out.
Decent word game, does pay out

I play word games to occupy my time anyway, so I gave this a shot. No, $10 doesn’t build up fast, but it’s a free game and I was going to play a mobile game anyway, right? So now it’s a little bit of an incentive to play this instead of other free games. Yes, I did get payment today. Mind you, the PayPal fee came out of the money on my end, but I still got $9.26 to transfer to my account. I’m not even mad. I got paid to play a game. That’s kind of nice. It’s not an overly difficult game, nor is it overly easy. I have to figure out the word and work through levels. How often a payout happens is dependent on how often I play. Of course there are lots of ads... the money has to come from somewhere. I’m happy to let them play so the developer gets paid too. It’s a fair trade for something I didn’t pay for to begin with. Overall, a five star for all of it. Not bad at all, and the payout was surprisingly quick! Thanks for a fantastic game.
