I was almost at $10 and the whole app shut down so i lost everything ?

I was playing for a couple months racked up almost 9 dollars then the app says there’s no connection to internet and I had to delete the app and reinstall and now my account is gone and I have to start over. Very disappointed.

Update: Glad it was just a bug, I sincerely thought I was being scammed. All good now. Thank you guys for fixing it and responding so quickly. I’m writing this review immediately after reaching 10.02 gems (cash out is $10) and I have the opportunity to enter my PayPal address and get my money right now. I will not however do this because at this level in the game, I win gems every 15 games. It could be a very long time before I reach 10 gems again, so I’ll continue to play and add to what I have. I also have 6,208,000 coins which is a little more than what you need for a $2 amazon gift card. I’ll keep playing to reach the goal of 25,000,000 coins for a $10 Domino’s gift card, and keep earning gems as well. This game is extremely reasonable on every level: -the puzzles increase in difficulty as you progress but it’s never too hard - it tells you how many levels you have to play before receiving gems (which means as long as you keep playing, you are guaranteed to win gems) -if you guess a word but it isn’t the word they’re looking for it will discard any letters from your current word that aren’t in THE word -no penalty for guessing a million wrong answers -20 chances a day to watch an ad and receive 2 lives in return (that’s 40 extra levels) -get a life every 20 minutes -spin a wheel 10 times a day, watch an ad each time and receive either free coins or gems -the ads are not horrific like in other money making games -watch an ad to receive 2 hints (this either removes multiple letters from the options or one letter per hint depending on how far you are in the puzzle) -puzzles are typically easy to solve/ don’t take too much time to solve -IT’S FUN! Negatives: -sometimes it tells me that a word isn’t real when it is, or the word they’re looking for is a proper noun (Asia) or even a brand (Nexus) -there are no clear rules as to what they’re looking for like in Scrabble, since Asia was once an answer I typed in a county and I was told it was not a word -the payout gets kind of stingy once you’ve played for a long time (for me it’s 0.01-0.07 every time I reach a gem level) but that’s nothing new for these kinds of games All in all I’m extremely happy with this game. My mom is even playing it too so we help each other out with puzzles. I’d recommend this to anyone who likes wordy games. It’s simple but addictive, and you make money and coins towards gift cards while you solve.

So I got to $9.48 then all the sudden internet issue pops up on the screen. Uninstalled it then reinstalled it and lost all my money. I highly doubt anyone will be able to cash out.

it was working good but I don’t know what’s wrong with it I can’t use the app when I try open the app tell me check internet connection!!!!!!

I find it interesting that I was close to the $10 pay out mark, and all of a sudden there was a “major bug fix” and they are “sorry for my loss”. ? not even sure I’m going to restart because who’s to say it won’t happen again. Fun game, but crappy that it “glitched”.

This app was awesome till they did a update and now it says no internet connection and retry. But there is a connection and when I deleted the app to download it again thinking that would fix it, it did but I lost all my progress! Just horrible!

Fraudulent app!!!!!

When you start playing this app it is great, it is giving you money so often as you advance and you are close to the $10 you need to do more levels to earn some cents and also you have to watch a lot of advertisements. Until you will see a sign saying something about internet issue, that is false the internet is working fine this is to avoid you reaching the $10. If you remove the app and start it again you will lose all the earned diamonds.

Game Froze!!!

I started playing this game and found it kind of fun at first. But it froze on me once I got to close to $5. But then when I deleted it and got back in like if you I lost my diamonds!!! I had to start over again!! So that freakin sucked. Now I’m at $5 again and it froze. So for that reason I’m out!!! That and where the f$%# is the cash out button right?? I read a few of you asking that question as well. I make quicker money playing the lottery and scratchers. So I’m out.

I have been playing this game nonstop for a couple weeks now. At first, you get diamonds (cash) pretty quickly, but the more you get, the longer it takes to get more. I watched so many ads to get hints and to get extra lives. I was up to $8 until today I tried to open the app. It said internet issue. There was no problem with my internet. I exited the app and retried multiple times and still the same pop up. Not knowing what to do, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. When I opened the app, all my diamonds were gone. I wasted so much time just trying to get $10 from this stupid app while I was giving them tons of money by watching the same ads. I saw other people were having the same problem. What a shame! People rate this app before they cash out. I don’t think anyone has cashed out from this app. Don’t waste your time like I did!
