I have played it off and on for years through multiple phones and then suddenly, with this new phone, all my progress was erased. I was up to elephant brain! Yargh....
Hints no more

Used to be able to wait and get a free hint after 20 min and viewing an ad. That kept me playing a LOT. Now the option is gone so I don’t play much. Bummer. Need to bank hints but can’t earn them anymore.

I have been playing everyday but I am not earning any more flowers. It keeps giving me the same total everyday!! Please help

I love the game and play it all the time. You offer free hints by looking at ads but for days on end if I try to go there it just says video available soon but it doesn’t change and therefore there is no way to get the ad to get that free hint. Having to wait 20 minutes for the next chance is fine and that works but not being able to get a video at all is frustrating. Hope this gets fixed.

Later levels get very difficult; could take a whole day, with big breaks or it'll "hurt" your brain, to figure out. Once you get going though, and all the words line up... Then the twist comes !!! Phenomenal!!!
Problem with free hints

Love this game, love the special holiday easy puzzles that give free hints, love the daily challenge even if I lose my streak going to Europe and back. (I thought I had timed it right) I am piling up my hints for the upper levels for when I get there. I am on Raven, 7x7. But for a few weeks now, the free hint feature keeps saying “video available soon”. Rarely it says “Watch video” but no video appears. Maybe once a week the video does appear and I get my free hint. I accidentally lost 30 hints when I fell asleep on my iPad, so I would really like to see those ads! There are plenty of ads that don’t give me hints! I hope you can fix this on the next update, like at the end of the Spring Event.
