Problem with free hints – WordBrain: classic word puzzle Review

Love this game, love the special holiday easy puzzles that give free hints, love the daily challenge even if I lose my streak going to Europe and back. (I thought I had timed it right) I am piling up my hints for the upper levels for when I get there. I am on Raven, 7x7. But for a few weeks now, the free hint feature keeps saying “video available soon”. Rarely it says “Watch video” but no video appears. Maybe once a week the video does appear and I get my free hint. I accidentally lost 30 hints when I fell asleep on my iPad, so I would really like to see those ads! There are plenty of ads that don’t give me hints! I hope you can fix this on the next update, like at the end of the Spring Event.
