Daily puzzle glitch

I have really enjoyed playing this game, especially the daily puzzle and special seasonal event games. However, I’ve noticed in the past few months that when I have a streak of consecutive daily puzzles, I’ll sign in and the daily puzzle will be suddenly reset to a 0 game streak. I know that I have played every day, so I’m at a loss as to why this is happening. It makes the game less fun to play, otherwise this would have been a five-star review.

I love this game. Each level gets more and more difficult as you progress through the levels. It is very addictive! Very challenging.
Crashes

I liked this game very much but now I must just delete it. Since the last update, it crashes as soon as I open it. I reached out for help but to no avail. I was told I had to link it to Facebook. That’s something I won’t do.
