The game itself isn’t bad. I don’t like the fact that I cannot see my progress and I don’t know how many levels are left for me to complete. I also don’t like that when I pass a level I only get two coins... I think we deserve a better reward. As for the hints, too expensive. How are you going to give me only two coins for passing the level but have me pay ten coins for a hint? Also I think you should have more than just one option for the hints...

I really enjoy the game and challenge, but I am sick and tired of being kicked off (this time was the 4th) to a message that new games need to be created and that I could go back to the beginning, which I have done 3 times. Eventually I am moved forward and told new games exist. But if I google Wordalot I can see answers to games beyond where I have been stopped. What’s the deal ????????

Your “Easter” update says there were also new regular levels. Mine still tells me (fully updated) that I’ve completed all the levels and I can start back at Level 1 (no thanks). If new levels are truly available, why didn’t they update? Or update when it removed the Easter puzzles? I enjoy your product, but the waiting periods between newly released levels are too long.

Only gives two points for finishing a game. But wants ten points for a one letter clue. No rewards for playing!

But the free hint disappears. And I no longer get the option to double my winning coins after each round by watching a video. So I only play it sporadically any more until the issues are resolved.
Haven’t been able to play due to app not working

So I downloaded the game a few years ago. Im heartbroken because I have been trying to get it to play for a year now. It just shows MAG logo with mag interactive under the logo and the “loading” wheel just spins and spins and spins. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting all information ( which means I will have to completely start over ONCE I get it to work and I was on level 146 ?) and it still isn't doing nothing but the same screen. Left it loading for an hour and nothing..... Please help... Update ---- I am unable to get to the in app customer support due to not being able to get any farther than the loading screen.....
