Great app ugly logo

This is a great app. My mom used to play for fun and practice English. Now most family members are involved. Great for fun and focus and educational tool for ESL and above English speakers as well :) I wish the developer put a little more simplified look for the logo that appear on iOS home :)
Fun to pass the time

Great game to keep your mind active. Anything to pass the time while waiting. I don’t understand why it won’t pick up where I left off on my iPad? The phone is fine but sometimes I want to play on my iPad and I have to start from the beginning. Is there something I can do to have them both in sync?
Different take on crossword puzzles but...

Each time I finish a level an add opens...the add just keeps going without end or option to close it. I have to close and restart the app every time. I let one add run for an hour before I gave up and restarted. I realize that free games generate revenue from advertisements as well as in app purchases but adds that don’t end are absurd, having to restart the app just to close an add and continue playing is absurd. I like this game but not enough to keep playing it if you don’t fix this problem.

I put $20 on my account only to find out I only had two more levels to go then I had the choice of other languages or begin again. Very disappointing when you are elderly and home bound.

I have been trying to play this game for weeks now and it will not load on my phone. I have deleted it and reinstalled it numerous times and still nothing.

I enjoy the APP a lot. But there are many frustrating moments when I am trying to finish a puzzle and get stuck on a word for hours. There have been a number of puzzles that I discovered the word needed, is not a word an American would use. So I find myself needing to Google the British word. Example: Spanner for the American word Wrench. Ugh....I spent hours trying to solve that one.
