Haven’t been able to play due to app not working – Wordalot – Picture Crossword Review

So I downloaded the game a few years ago. Im heartbroken because I have been trying to get it to play for a year now. It just shows MAG logo with mag interactive under the logo and the “loading” wheel just spins and spins and spins. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting all information ( which means I will have to completely start over ONCE I get it to work and I was on level 146 ?) and it still isn't doing nothing but the same screen. Left it loading for an hour and nothing..... Please help... Update ---- I am unable to get to the in app customer support due to not being able to get any farther than the loading screen.....
