Since your last update this is not loading. Yes I can delete it and reinstall but progress is lost. So if I can’t get it to load I will delete and move on.

I have played Wordalot for quite a while. Lately the app simply doesn’t open. I’ve not deleted and reinstalled as I want to keep my level/points. Is there something new going on?

I love this game have had it for years. Recently it has quit on me it will not load. It’s not my iPad because I don’t have trouble with anything else. Please help me if you can. I don’t want to start over

Fun to play, but loading problems

I love your puzzle, but it takes forever to load each day, for the last three weeks. I have to delete and redo to have it load and that is for at least 10 times. I don’t know if it’s that you need to update for the new IOS, but something needs adjustment. Please don’t let me keep having to start over at 2 points when I was at 15 everyday for weeks.

Have gone through all of their puzzles twice. Now I play the Daily Challenges when they upload….which hasn’t always happened. The ‘help’ people have been helpful even if the problem hasn’t been eradicated. One puzzle had ‘trolley’ for a shopping ? cart! There was also ‘vegetablesg’ for an answer. Like the game......but really?!?Have had for over three years. Like similar games, there are obscure answers. I keep plugging away! They have taken away doubling the points. I still play because I like the format.

Continued problems even after notifying

I’ve notified the developer several times about problem. Even sent pictures. Stlll unable to continue on with puzzle as the photos are present but no words on grid. Please fix this ongoing issue.

It’s an interesting puzzle game, but it works much better on a tablet than on the phone because the pictures are really much too small to see the objects, and there’s no way to pinch and expand them. Also, progress cannot be saved to be shared on other devices. In other words, if you’ve been doing this for years on your phone and then you get a tablet you have to start all over again. Als ok, there are errors. For instance, on level 1424 I think it spells aluminum aluminium, which is the he e British spelling, and in level 1436, one of the answers is saxophone, which is not in the photo, but a harmonica is.

I played the daily puzzle today and after I checked to see if there were new levels and to my dismay it started back to the beginning. I lost ALL of my progress.

Won’t open

For the last month or so this game will not open. My internet WiFi connection is ok. I close other apps hoping that helps but no help. When it finally opens I have lost my daily progress. I am on IPad. Have no problem with other apps. Ugh

I enjoy this game a lot. However, half the time I try to play, I can’t open it. It just scrolls and scrolls. It’s more of a problem now that they’ve got the Daily Challenge because you have to solve the puzzle daily. If the app won’t load, you’re kicked back down to the beginning! Irritating!! And I am not getting my points
