The game is fun and so is the competition. But the app is slow, it takes too long to send the move you made and it all too often lags while playing. And it’s been this way for years. I hope they can fix it before I stop playing !

Have played this game for years and loved it until recently. Ads are always a part of free games. I accept that. But now there are ads with sound, even when my phone and all game sound settings are on silent. Not acceptable.
Daily challenges have been weird lately

Okay, who puts together the “Daily Challenge” puzzles? Do users submit these or game-makers? Lately, many are done incorrectly. Answers that don’t fit the riddle questions - a recent one should’ve been swims, but it counted swim; incorrect parts of speech with definition themes; not counting words I’ve found from the theme words list; today’s said it was the “each word adds time to the clock”, but it was a different puzzle. If there are going to be these themes, at the very least, the game should have correct questions and answers.

I like the game. HATE the adds, especially if you cannot opt out of them till they are almost over, like Woodbridge Wine one. So ANNOYING!!

I don’t know how they are doing it. But there are people who MUST be cheating somehow. People are scoring impossible scores. This game and the tournaments are not fun anymore. Who wants to play with cheaters?

Could be a fun game if scopely wasn't involved. You can try to offer suggestions but the automated customer support is a joke
Ads playing sound when phone silenced

The ads were already ridiculous — some with no way to close them (other than shut down the app) but now long video ads play sound (with phone set to silent). Unacceptable.
