Can't win the challenges!

I just tried to play the challenges with the ticket and both times in the finale an ad popped up and when I got back to the game it had already given me a 0 and didn't even let me play. I lost out on a lot of tickets. Other than that the game is working very well. I haven't played in a little bit and went back to try again and really liked it.
