You took away the ability to donate to charities or buy gifts with accumulated points without explanation, or time to react before the change - very unfair

Like the app. Wish I could do better. Would love to know the answer to riddles on days I don’t get it. Think after a 5 day streak you should get more than tickets. Should be extra time or something good. Kinda cheap on daily spin too. Never get a inspiration or anything major. Good game overall

I'll earn gold coins that mysteriously disappear without me using them. I noticed this happening so made myself more aware to pay attention. Sure a daylight, on 12/13/17 I was awarded 1 gokd coin for completing the puzzle. After being awarded the gold coin, it vanished. For giggles I played a game which offered 3 gold coins, it said I won so I received 3 gold coins. Yet, another disappeared. Deleting game!!!
Fun, but could be better...

I like the game, but... it needs to be fair or or it doesn’t make sense to play. In other words, have people play each other that do or don’t have the same “extras”. Otherwise, of course the person with freezes etc. are going to win. Another thing, on my old phone I could watch ads to get “extra time”. I bought the new Apple IPhone 10 and it doesn’t have that option on it.
Decline issue

Just because I decide to decline a game should not be a lose for me. You only give us so many tokens at once and I prefer playing with friends like your app name says, not using up tokens on strangers so fix this. When we decline it should be a DECLINE not a forfeit.

I really enjoy taking a break and play this game with friends and others. Works the brain and I love the dictionary and other goodies you can use with earned points.
