Awkward explanations

Often obscure usage of words in sentences confirms that this is all too automated. At least, someone should look over the results, given that this is not a free app. Also, the game is boring. Come up with better word games, such as scrabble
Widget Issues

I purchased a lifetime membership but the app isn’t behaving as I expected it to. When I click on the word from the widget to reveal its meaning and example, it instead shows an entirely different word in the app. Studying the one word that shows up on my widget every day was the sole reason I purchased this app ($20). How do I fix this? I tried to contact the developer but there’s no website, contact info, or app support page. Every link just seems to open up the app and that’s about it.
Levels doesn’t mactch

I installed to learn new words and so far doesn’t help at all. The intermediate level is likely the advance, I already try to downgrade but the app doesn’t give you any support and they don’t answer any email. The app works fine but it’s too limited.
Disruptive advertisements

The advertisements are disruptive and overwhelming. Create a feature for individuals to mute ads. Additionally, please incorporate the orgin of the words. Wasn’t this previously incorporated?

Man, that robot voice is so bad you can’t even decipher a word out of it. It’s impossible to learn the pronunciation of a word with that dumb thing. Totally useless unless you pay for premium to get a decent robot voice.
