It started freezing since the update I deleted and reinstalled it picks up the snap shot of board but leaves out the letter being used. I loved this app but it has a couple of glitches that makes it useless
Does not work as advertised

Description states that it processes the picture to identify tiles and then helps you solve. It does load the picture but it doesn't provide possible solutions. I am winning a game by over 150pts but can't find a place to put my last letter. I was hoping this would be able to help me finish the game.

This app doesn't help at all. It forms words from the letters you have instead of using the current board and the letters you have to make the most valuable word. That doesn't help anything since it doesn't incorporate anything from the board! Can't believe I wasted $2 on this. Should've read the reviews first. Lesson learned.

Don't buy this app. I wish I'd read the reviews first, that's what I get. Doesn't load the complete screenshot so you get no suggestions and does nothing when you manually enter letters. A complete waste of a dollar and zero help from them when you email. Avoid at all costs.

This app is worthless. Does not move after downloading the picture ... gives no help at all. Sorry I spent the money, but maybe my warning will save yours.

The person that said the rest of us do not know how to use this App just got lucky. The controls are very simple & straight forward. The directions are clear. The App worked once on the 9th try then froze up. It is garbage!
Problems since I updated frustrating

Since I updated today it exits when I click on a word to get the meaning. Very disappointed wish I hadn't updated it was great the old way before update.
