Does not work as advertised – Word Helper Review

Description states that it processes the picture to identify tiles and then helps you solve. It does load the picture but it doesn't provide possible solutions. I am winning a game by over 150pts but can't find a place to put my last letter. I was hoping this would be able to help me finish the game.
