Iām an over the road truck driver, and this apps helps cut the crap excuses we use!! We can squeeze these wods anytime throughout our day! Thanks!!!
Bought because it's supposed to work with I watch. I was hoping for more than a remote control. I was hoping that timer would sound/vibrate through watch. Watch is just remote control for app.
I love this app and use it all the time. Helps keep me focused! I like creating my own workouts and playing my own music. (Took me a bit to figure out that I had to turn iTunes on first).
This is a great tool to pace your workouts. The only thing I'm hoping for in newer versions is a compound function to diversify routines, sets variations in rep counts as timing.
Excellent and lovely app. Just one feedback, you could include an option to customize the timers (now only can be able to set each 5 seconds). I will really happy if you could implement this option in the next version. The app works very neat and simple.
The free version doesn't allow you to setup a basic interval workout. Don't download unless you want to buy.
I love this app. A few recommendations to make it better: I wish the exercises were listed alphabetically, including the custom ones I add myself. As the list gets longer, it's hard to find exercises on the list. Currently, you have to add exercises in a separate screen. I wish I was able to add new exercises while im creating a workout routine. And finally, I wish I could add a picture in the notes of each exercise to remind me of the proper form.
I have been looking for a easy to use workout timer and this one is the best I have found by far! I did purchase the app so that I could have more use out of it. I have been looking for an app that has an EMOM function and this one was the easiest.
