Remote connection

This app is horrible. I very rarely get a successful connection when away from home. Most of the times I just get the “retry” message and can not see my camera or saved events. The support team is useless. They simply tell you your remote connection is bad and to move around until you get a stronger signal. What a joke because I even run into the issue when connected away from home on WiFi. It’s clearly an unstable or poor bandwidth issue on the site that hosts the app.

Cameras up at my business. Nothing but problems bringing up cameras. Constant disappointment. It’s not that expensive to create an app that works. Fix this problem or I will be taking the system back for Arlo like I have at home for the past year that gives me no problems.
Remote view never works

Pretty much the same as everyone else has been typing....the cameras themself are great quality both physically and through video. The setup for the receiver and such is good and easy to follow/use. The app is where it all goes downhill. It almost never works for remote view which is essentially all you’d use the app for. Very very frustrating. Please fix this issue!!! I’ve had 2 updates and it still doesn’t work

I can’t use this app on My iPhone because it will not allow special characters in the admin password. It would be nice for the glitch to be fixed so we can use the remote features

Hi !.. this is a horrible App to viewing on Your phones!!! Samsung Need to upgrade more feature for this app to view Or live stream ??? If y’all thinking to get this unit Just Wait to see what Samsung come up with better App for this Camera!!!
No video feed from cameras

Setup went smoothly but i get movement notifications and no video. Called the company and the first agent tried to troubleshoot then we got disconnected. Second agent looked up my model number and said there is no way yet to send videos from 4k camera systems. This system has been available for months from Sam’s Club and I’m supposed to wait another week to view camera video? That makes no sense.

Been having an issue with my camera app now for the past couple of months. Every Time I try to access my cameras off of my cell phone, IT NEVER WORKS!!! Have tried to call into customer service and to my amazement, they had no clue and even admitted to the fact that the app doesn’t always work nor is it always reliable. If I could return these cameras I would. Like so many others have said...the cameras themselves are great. But the customer service and the app support is COMPLETE TRASH!!!! BE WARNED BEFORE TOU SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!! And I am almost certain that the creator NEVER reads these comments because if they did so many of the consumers wouldn’t be still complaining about the same issues and have the exact same concerns!!!!

This GARBAGE is the WORST camera system I’ve ever seen. I am disgusted with my inability to view my business’ cameras. I need to access cameras WHEN I WANT TO- WHILE OTHER MANAGERS ARE VIEWING AS WELL... but this is impossible with this system. As soon as one person signs in, no others can see the cameras on their devices. Not to mention that THERE IS ONLY ONE ACCESS CODE FOR ALL OF US TO SHARE!!! Stinky GARBAGE of an app. I manage a business that needs constant surveillance...and when ANYONE ELSE (including the main office) is on the camera app before me... I CANT SEE MY EMPLOYEES! If they don’t sign out... then stick a fork in me bc IM DONE! The camera quality is great but what’s the flippin use when you can’t see em?!? Forget this nonsense. I’m looking for a new system! This garbage is INFURIATING!
