I have used other apps for security cameras and this one is the worst. I do not recommend it at all. Unfortunately we have to find a way to deal with it as it is the only app for this particular security camera setup. Will not buy this camera system again because of the app.

I have had several security cameras and apps and this is by far the worst... purchased as an upgrade and it was a HUGE step back from what I had previously. Something happened at a Stetson time and you want to check it out? Good luck.... unless it falls dead on one of the random ‘event’ start times you pretty much will never see it. Might as well get in the car and drive home to check things out because it is faster than bumbling around this horrific app....
Only one user is able to access the app

My Dvr is Wisenet SDH-B84045BF. The problem is Only one user is able to access the app (Wisenet life) at a same time? The other Brand apps can access up to 7 Users at a same time. Also the resolution live cam in (wisenet life app) is very low. And can't change it to HD. I do not recommend this app and this DVR.

Nothing on this app works, it’s as if it’s been abandoned but still has ‘updates for bug fixes’. Wisenet is not a home camera company I’d recommend to anyone.

Cameras no longer show up on my phone. The app pulls up but blank screens for all cameras. I have 2 systems $1600 worth & now I cannot watch my Business while not there.

To update the new firmware is a rediculous long step system that is getting out of hand! I can not view my cameras remotely without a 15 step process that involves downloading the firmware to a thumb drive then manually connecting to the system to download. Taking about 45mins each time. I didn't buy a very expensive system to deal with this crap multiple times a week. Take your money somewhere else, and don't purchase these cameras from Samsung!

This app is a pain , got the cámaras for my parents home and every time they trying to log in , it doesn’t let them without doing a 1000 step process of downloading a update from your computer to the USB to the adaptor . My parents hardly even know how to text for they are older and this is the worst. Y’all need to fix this issue .
