Add new soundbar broken

I believe Apple prevents developers looking at SSID since recent version of iOS, so even after connecting to soundbar WiFi, the app cannot move forward to finish setting up adding new soundbar.

The app is irregular, constantly disconnecting from WiFi (my home has 400mps fiber). As of today no longer recognizes my Tidal login despite resetting password and uninstalling/reinstalling app. Literal garbage. Thanks Samsung!

I was about to give up on my system because of dropped connections and the app crashing, it’s all resolved now with this update!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Samsung multi-room app glitchy

I believe Samsung upgraded this app about a month ago and it started acting up recently, saying it is disconnected from the internet when my iPhone SE was clearly connected. It will just stop playing and yesterday I had to totally reset everything after downloading the latest version from the App Store, as it failed each time I tried to have it update. I wish I had an alternative to operate our Samsung R1.

I almost never write reviews but if anyone on the MultiRoom team is listening, whatever you did with the latest app version, it is more buggy than ever on an iPhone 7 Plus (with latest iOS). Extremely frustrating!! App repeatedly freezes or times out so I have to keep closing it, re-opening and waiting for it to load before I can again control sound or stations. That happened occasionally with the previous version of the app but now it is constant and multiple times a day. Maybe there’s an incompatibility with the latest iOS but it’s really unforgivable performance. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

It seems a little amateur. Can’t easily search for your media. Gotta kinda scroll through your media in alphabetical order. But Most importantly though, I don’t know why this app doesn’t allow to switch the sound mode. You can change the source, but not the surround mode. Very strange.

Love to play music from my library

This is one of the few speakers I can play music from my library verses stations. Does not work w/ spectrum wifi but w/ AT&T only. Don’t know why that is.

I expected that Scamsung would be able to hire some co-ops to write software, but I guess I was naive. This used to be half decent when I purchased my speakers (blue icon app) but since the "new designed and improved" app was forced upon us, nothing works properly. And why this abusive forced location permission? The app crashes if denied (5 years was not needed...but now Scamsung wants to know where you are or not deliver the services you paid for). Atrocious.
