Broken App

semajjsj

I needed to add an existing M7 speaker to a different wifi network. I hit the wifi set up button for 5 seconds, returned to the multiroom app, and the app gets stuck on “connecting speaker to network” screen. The continue button is faded. Not sure what to do...

Broken on iOS 13

Speaker setup is broken on iOS 13! Will detect the speaker but cannot pull the correct SSID name of the network the phone is using (repeatedly prompts to enter the password for network name "Wi-Fi" which always fails). Was only able to set my speakers up again on my new network after changing my ISP because my girlfriend had an old iPhone lying around which still ran iOS 12. After setup using that I was able to use the app again on my own phone.

Samsung yuk

DJOW

Horrible n I bought these speakers awhile ago and now they don’t work with your app keep up with your products or get out of business it’s not about the dead presidents. Soon they will be throwing their money into the streets what then Samsung

Not compatible with iOS13

Samsung has basically bricked my MultiRoom system (5 speakers) since they refuse to update this app in a timely manner.

Broken after update, can’t setup new speakers

Tyner100

I’ll Agee with the other reviews... Samsung releases an app and then just lets it die. I’m unable to setup my $700 after a move because though I connect to its local WiFi network the app never sees it. Much like other reviews on here. Fix this Samsung!

Zero stars.

Don’t buy Samsung cr@p; cheap is as cheap does. Limited functionality on iPhone 6, but does NOT work on my iPhone 7+ and Samsung customer support chat wasted my time, before telling me to try it on any Android device.

Overly complicated and unreliable for apple users

jsrorx nu

Even without apple devices why do we need to apps to function. And ALWAYS issues with not “finding” speakers, losing them. Headache.

When is this app gonna have an update

infinite587

It’s been over a year since this app has an update why does Samsung pay any attention to this app now I cannot connect my wireless speaker bc the app is outdated. Please samsung do something

Outdated, horrible, such a waste

Dan@42

Besides having a horrible interface, this app won’t let you add an expensive Samsung sound bar to the WiFi if you use an up to date iOS. The developer hasn’t updated the app for more than a year it seems. Time to get a non Samsung audio system

Broken

The app doesn’t work for setting up a speaker on ios13. This is a known issue by Samsung and still hasn’t been fixed in the app.
