Can we get an updated app? I paid good money for these speakers and I’m still using them but your application needs work! How am I supposed to use my speakers on my home network if your application keeps crashing. Not loading correctly. If you’re done supporting the app you can go ahead and give me back the money I paid for these speakers!

After a long wait, you’ve updated the app and now works with iOS 13+. YAY SAMSUNG!!!!

The app has never been updated for the iPhone X screen aspect ratio. The screenshots in this listing have been stretched vertically to look like they’re the correct aspect ratio. This is so shady of Samsung that I’m a bit shocked at their shamelessness.

The update for iOS 13 now includes a requirement to give the app location access. This is surely not needed. Please fix this.

Why does an app to change the volume on my soundbar need my GPS location? It doesn’t function without it

Just used to set up sound bar, update speaker and adjust volume when my toddlers lose the remote. Now, all of a sudden it needs a location to use WiFi. No thanks. That’s ridiculous.

I can’t believe how much a major company like Samsung can fail its app on a major platform like Ios. It’s incredibly buggy not to mention how limited it is. Lack of auxiliary input on M5 speakers also eliminates workaround options .
