First time using the store and app. Terrible

Create account. Won’t let me log in. Change password. Won’t let me log in. Says I have an invalid authorization token. Checked out as a guest using the website. Get confirmation of my order. Then it asks do you want to apply your order towards points. Of course. Nope, won’t allow it with the invalid authentication token. Terrible first time experience. I haven’t even had the wings yet. I hope they’re not dog water like their app.

yes I do agree with you on that for wingstop has extra crispy but not extra wet? I love my wings extra wet??

I will never again order or go to this wingstop in Burlington WA. I made a big order online to be picked up after work! I called first to check if they would be open and was told yes only to receive a phone call 30 minutes later saying the manager. Decided to close earlier so I would have to adjust my pick up time. Which can’t happen because I’m at work and now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my refund wow highly disappointed

it charged my card even tho the restaurant was closed and it showed on the app that it was open, also charged my fathers card multiple times even tho his card never went thru because we never got an email confirmation for the order his card was supposed to pay for
