Regarding the timing of the survey

I do appreciate the opportunity of voicing my experiences with the app but it would be more efficient to be given the opportunity of a survey after we finish our meal. So, with that said i believe i have a suggestion regarding the survey?

I love wing stop. Every time I ordered to-go by calling the location or in person .Miscommunication mistakes were made often. Threw the app. Orders are always correct and on time.

My wife and I eat at the Turlock Wingstop every other weekend and for the most part it’s very good. But there are times where the wings barely had any sauce on them, or they were Luke warm when we brought them home. The cooks need to take better pride in making this food or get better cooks that actually care and don’t just look at it as a paycheck. Take pride in your work no matter what it is!
