Monitor Connection and view

I connect my iPad via an HDMI dongle to monitor. Had no issues with that until this week. App worked great for the 1st year. Now, when I connect my iPad it says “connected to Wifibooth” instead of showing me a live view whenever I open this app. No other apps on my phone have said issues. It seems every other weekend there is a different bug. I will inquire with apple to get money back if not fixed within the next week.
Facebook frustration

Was not able to get Facebook to work. I would get a pop up error telling me to go to Facebook.com in Safari and log out. I did not have Facebook open but I tried this but it did not resolve this issue. Also none of the pictures would show up in the gallery. I certainly am not getting my $99.99 worth. This app was a big failure for my Grandson’s graduation party.
Can’t get to work on an iPhone 7 Plus.

I tried setting up the app with an 7 plus using Blueprint. It just won’t connect. Might be the router, but still does me no good... plus it’s way overpriced. Shame...

This is a great app for someone that wants to do a photo booth at a party or event and works very well with a wireless camera except sometime when you take photos too quickly, it will upload a photo twice and not upload the second or 3rd one taken. Other than that this is a wonderful app for any photographer or party host
Not very reliable

I did a test run at an event and the communication with the printer is slow via the app you have to download, it kept freezing, lost photos of clients, it’s slow, kept losing connection with the camera, then it would lose connection with the printer. Honestly, too stressful to use in a professional setting. I’d like my money back. It would be way better if you could hard wire everything... but the additional app and having to rely on my iPhone is too cumbersome and kills my iPhone battery as well...

I bought the $39.99 package and wasn’t even able to use it because it just wouldn’t work. Was not able to use it at all and can’t use it anymore. Is there any way I can get a refund?
