I just downloaded this for a conference that I’m attending. It is nice, they are using this rather than printed out programs to save paper. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much information is in this app for the conference. It even has maps of where we are attending it and surveys to take about the presenters!

Being at a 200+ attendee Womens Conference with this App at our fingertips has so added to the overall experience and a great resource tool as part of the conference.

I’ve never used an event up, but the last conference I was at had Whova. Downloaded it, and it helped me take my involvement to a completely new level. The messaging was key, and so was the live agenda. I even captured some business cards! I’m so thankful for Whova making my last conference experience the best. I hope my next conference has it!

We are pretty far into the history of apps to help organize conferences. This one is truly horrible. It doesn’t work on an iPad in the horizontal position. The most modest nonprofit in the history of the world has a responsive design at this point. Why this stupid app wouldn’t is beyond me. Lots of other little glitches and mishaps. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who can possibly avoid it. Unfortunately, almost none of us have any choice over which app we are forced to use for a conference.

Always like my experience at this event. I’d like to see more training to enhance skills. I’m not sure if it is due to my/our many years of coming, but seems to be possibly a better arena for new comers. I’d like to recommend that some of the awards might be during lunch and the session be used for training. Like the legislative topics. The touchy feely is always good and needed, but I want more meat. Maybe higher geared topics for directors/ mangers that educate us to another level. Just seemed a bit basic this year. Again, love the group and the event, But want to learn more.

I’m enjoying using this app for the first time. I like being able to add my own agenda items. I also appreciate the ability to bookmark attendees and send messages inside the app. It would be great to have a filter for bookmarked attendees. It would also be nice to be notified if someone bookmarks you.

SO glad we found Whova this year. Not only does it have Lead Generation built in (saving us lots of money), but it has every feature we could have asked for and more. Our users are loving the “introduce yourself” forum. I love that it has a built in name tag builder. And the icing on the cake is that the team is very helpful. I’ve been able to do a live chat with a representative whenever I had questions. Once, I noticed that there wasn’t a widget for Sponsors like there is for Exhibitors or Speakers, and I mentioned it to our representative. A week later the feature was added. Looks great, works well, and wraps all of your conference into one neat and tidy app. -Organizer of the HR Indiana Annual Conference

I've never used something like this before but it helped me create an agenda
