At 1st awesome, now worthless

I have LOVED using this app, design flaws and all. It's still the most informative and aesthetically pleasing of all it's competitors (I downloaded them all) and now it doesn't work AT ALL. It just loads and loads and loads. I've done everything on my end to fix it, including deleting and re-downloading. Others are reporting the same. Please communicate what is going on and then fix it! I rely on this app to help get homeless dogs adopted.

Downloaded the app and when I open it the loading screen spins and it never starts.

Fun when it works. We keep receiving a network error and have for about a month. Maybe when you update the app you can get a better review

Does not function at all. Has presumably been abandoned, as no connection is made, and the app remains on the splash screen with loading animation permanently.

I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes now letting it load and nothing just keep loading. What an app. Doesn’t even deserve a star.
