Not the best
everything is horrible
Only app with current news from my city and easy to navigate app. However the app constantly freezes and kicks me out. Clearly a very left wing news channel based on the way the stories are reported. Lesser of the evils I suppose.

Totally biased station, I want unbiased reporting. WFLA shows the left side, and never gives equal time to the conservative side. Refuses to report the obvious which is the norm for fake news, only what you want us to hear.

What has happened to Cyndi Edwards on Daytime? You brought in Danny New and she disappeared shortly thereafter. I have quit watching Daytime. That’s the only reason you are getting only a fair rating.
App Not On My Side

When attempting to watch news on the app the volume doesn’t work. When I turn the volume up it automatically goes back to mute. Deleted the app, downloaded app again same problem. It is the only app on my iPhone with this problem. This is a very glitchy app...this is one of several issues with this app.
Improvements needed

The app is good and provides all of the notifications about the articles of the current events. However half the time I cannot read articles because they are either not downloading properly or I am kicked out of the app completely while reading articles. There are also times when an article is no longer found yet was published that same day.

Look/Hear
I enjoy WFLA because they do not give only one-sided news. They give the conservative side as opposed to most main stream news agencies which give only the liberal side of a story and ignore the conservative side.

I’m from Michigan “Go Blue”. I enjoy following the news from the Tampa area especially your investigative reporter Benkin not sure if I got the spelling correct. It amazes me how companies neglect to live up to the business standards of why they are in business and represent themselves. I enjoy following the Gulf Coast weather. Thank you for a job well done. In the West Michigan area I follow WOOD TV 8 in Grand Rapids.

Cannot find the follow up news / or fluff stories that the local 5 am Friday January 8 broadcast said to go to FLA.com or the app. There was a decluttering your closets and 2021 home section I was interested in. Never found the key words
