App works really well, does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Always lets me make payments, loads fast, easy set up.

Interest rate is way to high and if the payment is late. There’s no reason to call me 7-12 times a day. That’s just annoying! Plus, 5 bucks every time I make a payment on this app or over the phone? How many ways do you need to take my money and blow my phone up when the trucks paid for. At this point I’m just paying interest. Will never finance a car/truck again especially threw Westlake. Highway robbery at its finest!
Payment issues

Refuses to accept my early payments through the app saying that I cancelled the transaction. Better off calling on the phone.

I like west lake financial and happy they gave me a chance at financing. Looking forward to paying car notes in time until the vehicle is paid in full.
