Every time I call to make my payment online or ask a question there’s a black girl that is very rude to me, I just hang up and will try to call back at another time hoping she don’t answer.

Takes numerous attempts to sign in. Changing password doesn’t make it better. Have to attempt a login several (read as more than 10) to actually sign in.
