El peor banco

Salde mi cuenta de auto con ustedes el 7 de mayo de este año a mas de 30 día y mi titulo no a llegado. El día del saldo le pregunte al representante y el me indico que en unas 2 semanas llegaría el titulo del vehículo. Hoy 8 de junio e llamado 4 veces preguntando por el envío. Les expliqué mi situación salgo del país el 20 de junio y necesito vender el carro y ellos no resuelven mi problema. No puedo entender como los statements llegaron a tiempo cada mes y mi titulo después de pagado no llega. Solicite un lien release y tampoco. Es muy desesperante frustrante angustiante no poder hacer nada. Tengo el vehículo sin plates sin seguro con un comprador esperando y por no tener el titulo estoy estancada. Esto me esta provocando una crisis mental y ya que salgo del país para no regresar y necesito vender mi carro. Carro que les pague mes a mes sin fallar. Gracias por nada y JAMAS los recomendaría JAMAS

The app does the job but I think an update to make it a little bit more user friendly. An update for face ID should also be implemented.

Westlake Has Terrible Service
Every time I speak to a representative they are rude and very unhelpful. I will tell as many people as I can to not use this company for their loan needs. Also as soon as I am up to refinance I will be on my way.

Yesterday my payoff was $357.72, so that’s what I paid. Today I checked my account and owed an additional $14.88. Why?! I paid my account in full. Very frustrating!
