No help from Support after a year

After playing westbound for more than a year, it stopped loading. I opened a ticket (833582) with support. It’s been nearly a year now, they close my ticket three times without fixing the problem! Support told me they turned it over to developers in April of last year… They just close my ticket again today without fixing the issue! The game will not load! How does one give them zero stars for their game?

This game continues to malfunction I had it on my last phone it was going well then suddenly it stopped working so I loaded it on my new phone worked good until I had to invite friends says someone is messing with server to retry over and over again fix this game so I can I enjoy again for crying out loud

This could be a fun game IF there weren’t so many unsolved problems with it. There are loading problems with the game as well as loading catalogue items within the game. Neighbors can only be invited through Facebook and w/o neighbors you can’t visit them which means certain tasks are unattainable. I’ve requested help many times only to be completely ignored. If you’re considering this game read the reviews first, they have merit.

I love the game itself. However, the app is not working more than it works. And a help team is non existent. Not to mention when you purchase items to advance in the game, and then you can’t even access the game anymore afterward. ??

There should be rewards for doing simple tasks every day. Or make it possible to use silver to purchase axes. Although this is a great game. I will not be purchasing any more axes. Something has to give

I really wish this app was still being updated and maintained! I played it a few years ago and I loved it! So, I recently downloaded it again. I have one task that I can't complete right now, because I can't get access to Ruby's Canyon to visit. I'll be deleting the app, but I wish I didn't have to!

I can't play the game it won't load .I have uninstalled the game a couple of times and reinstalled but the same thing happens . I like the game and would like to be able to play it please fix its been like this for a while now the game have never updated what's going on with it?

If I could leave negative stars I would. Don't waste your time downloading this garbage. You can only play for maybe an hour before you run out of supplies you can only get by paying for them and they may seem cheap but you need a zillion of them so it's pointless unless you have a bottomless bank account. They offer ways to "earn free items" you have to sign up for offers and fill out surveys and give them your email so they can fill your inbox with spam. Not worth it at all, not even a fun game.
