No help from Support after a year – Westbound: Pioneer Adventures Review

After playing westbound for more than a year, it stopped loading. I opened a ticket (833582) with support. It’s been nearly a year now, they close my ticket three times without fixing the problem! Support told me they turned it over to developers in April of last year… They just close my ticket again today without fixing the issue! The game will not load! How does one give them zero stars for their game?
