My game would not play. Can someone fix it please?

The first day I played the game it was fun. Now it is bombarded with ads, ads, oh and more ads. I would love to give 0 stars. If I get a text in the middle of the game. The ads start anew. I play games to avoid Conner jams. Deleted the app.

Just spent 19 dollars on a chest just so I could get some axes and gold. Now the game won't load! Why does it take so many axes to get anything ? I am on a limited income. I can't buy axes all the time. Losing interest in the game. Please reconsider other ways to get axes... The games takes to many axes to get axes. I guess that is your money maker. The game is fun, but the need to use so many axes is unreal..... Iam find another game!

I reviewed this game the first day I played and gave it 4 stars. I loved it! Then I ran out of pick axes. They really need to find a way to get pick axes that doesn't require purchase if they want this app to make it. I even did a couple surveys to get pick axes. I didn't get any pick axes and my email is now full of the spam from the surveys. If your going to make the game revolve around using pick axes, then give a few more ways to get them, or give more when a person levels up. Even the wheel you can spin for daily prizes NEVER lands on the pick ax and even if it did it would just be 1 which really won't do much when the game revolves around using them.

Pay attention to your game, everybody is complaining, your game need an update, it is talking about retry and nothing is wrong with the game, fix it, it is out of control, pay attention, I'm getting sick of talking to you, now, you are always in troubles!!!!

This is the 3rd time I've played and wasted money on this stupid app. They say they have the bugs worked out but they don't. I can't get any of my catalog pages open this time and worst of all, there is no place to write and ask them to please fix it. There is but you have to jump through hoops to send your request. I say stay as far away from Westbound as you can get. It's also very expensive to play. If it's not one thing it's another with this darn app. Now it WON'T OPEN. IT SAYS CARSON IS TINKERING. I WISH HE' d PUT IT AWAY AND SAVE IT FOR THE SHOWER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND OPEN MY APP. I hope in charge someone reads these thing...

The game starts out great then you run out of pick axes and the only way to get them is to buy them or do surveys that will fill your mailbox with spam. You can forge nails and hammers but heaven forbid they let us forge pick axes. Unless you like spending money steer clear.

I downloaded the gold rush version first, spent money on pix axes because the game never give you any when you spend the wheel or when you clean up debris. I started having connection issues, even tho I was connected to Internet. So I uninstalled the game. Went to install couldn't located the game. So I downloaded this game an having same issues only this time I didn't buy any pix axes. I have to uninstall an reinstall an it always start me from start smh. Could've a fun game if these things are fixed
