Is anyone else having issues?

I loved this app. In the last couple of weeks it has stopped working for me. It opens and gets stalled on a black screen. I tried deleting it and reinstalling. No success. Running it on an iPhone XR.

Sometimes you receive a notification and cannot even find the article. Some notifications are of something we have heard about for three or four days. Also I just hate having them come crying because you didn’t look at something for a few days, sometimes you can be away or too busy to check it. I love TV Chanel 2 but this is in need of improvement!

Yours is my favorite station to watch in the morning, but now that I don’t have cable I have to use my iPhone app to watch. And boy is it glitchy. Video stops and goes back 10 seconds several times in a row, and sometimes just stops all together. It has to be the app because the other news channel app I use does not do this. :(

I don’t mind ads but they are too long and you can’t stop the video until after the ad to just read the article. Very annoying.

I was a WFTV person until 2 years ago I just got tired of the same silly stuff that they do. So I started watching you on weekends with Alex and Eric then I started watching during the week and I was hooked . I love the personal touch between anchors primarily Jason and Michelle. Thank you for such a great team of personnel

I been watching many of our local news stations for 40 years how ever with the news team they have from News to sports to the weather they make me feel they care about others where they live among all of us ,and the new reporters they have found has made me feel they are replacing and adding good young people in there staff who doing and will even get better in reporting the News and there tony who get on face book And talks to many of us live many nights of the week who reaches out to all of us making us family like then one of your newest reporters Miss Brown is growing in front of our eyes as a top reporter for WESH. Well I can’t believe my channel like frozen when it comes to news time because when I got WESH on tv I know I getting top news ,top sports reports and out standing weather news thanks for the winning team ,lee in stcloud

We are always glad to get noticed if any big news story - but we are so tired of having to listen to your same Amazon or Car company commercials blasting at top volume. We always turn down the volume to read the news story- very bothersome- with no “X” to take it off like other websites.
