Need the ability to EDIT/REMOVE favorites. Strangely after creating special orders, not available at other locations; although the menus are the same?
App Update won’t let me log in with Google

Same as others…I can’t log in with google, so I can’t accept my points, deals or favorites for quick easy ordering. Guess I’ll go somewhere else as I love to order ahead of time and just pick up.
Rewards issue

After the latest update, I was forced to log back in and all of my rewards/purchase history was wiped out. Wendy’s is a very good chain, but the app has always had a few issues, especially with applying rewards/offers to an order. Also, every time you open it you have to click to skip the “tutorial.”
Mobile orders don’t work

Various 200 errors when attempting to enter a mobile order. Totals in basket don’t update. Reported problem to Wendy’s and was advised to enter my order in their website.

Food is great, prices are reasonable, and the app is utter trash. It logs you out and forces you to update your password constantly. I went to Zaxby’s tonight and spent my money there just because I couldn’t get the app to work.
Can’t log in

Until today the app was great. Today the app is broken. You can’t log in. You can’t create an account. Tech support doesn’t exist. Customer care is non responsive. I’d skip the download for now
