I attempted to order through this app 2 last night. I couldn’t get the coupon to apply, so I NEVER completed any of the orders. I didn’t even select a Payment Option or select a pickup time. But somehow I was charged TWICE for food I order or receive. This is the WORST app I’ve ever used. If you want to get ripped off then this is this app for you. I will NEVER EVER recommend this Wendy’s app to anyone (well, maybe I will recommend it someone I utterly hate). As far as I can tell, the Wendy’s app is 100% a scam. I recommend avoiding the use of this app. It’s an online thief as far as I’m concerned.
Frostys and lemonades!?!?

I’ve missed out on many frosted and lemonades because the machines aren’t working or being cleaned which is irritating since they give me no refund. Other than that, the app is great.

Once acquainted with the app, fairly ease to use. Limited/restricted additional choices/requests as they were predetermined. Ordered & paid through the mobile app, then picked up at the drive through window - perfect. The ‘offers’ selection didn’t quite work properly, that is, the offer for free breakfast drink required a scan or a code. Didn’t provide either & couldn’t be use it. Thanks
App hasn’t worked for a few weeks

The Wendy’s app is usually great and I have used it a lot in the past. Recently though, I cannot place an order because I get an error message when trying to find a location to start my order. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and everything else I can think of, but no luck. I really miss using the app so I hope it gets fixed soon!

I love Wendy’s but this app is pointless for delivery and mobile orders. My orders are constantly missing items and I have no way to contact them to receive refund. I’ve called the number, left feedback and tried the in app contacts all to no avail. I’m tired of never receive my entire order but still being charged full price.
