Terrible effort

There is no user experience considered in this design. Besides the UI, with it’s outdated choppy icons, maps that don’t stay in viewport. They should be embarrassed. All the money they get from us, they can’t even give us a useful app
Incompatible with new system or phone

I was quite satisfied with this app until I upgraded my iphone from one with System 10.something to one with system 11.2.6, and now the subway map on the app is solid black.
No station map

The app doesn’t show the entire station map which is ridiculous. As for up to date station info it’s pretty good.

Horrible app, but the information is good; that is, if you dig around for where to refresh it since it doesn't bother to do it automatically.

With continual service changes for "construction" on weekends, this app is essential but regrettably misleading. Since station signs and announcements are either lacking or unclear, reliance on the app is critical, but unfortunately, this app does a poor job of presenting service changes in an intelligible fashion. Under each subway line, service changes are mysteriously hidden on subsidiary screens, with only a randomly selected first of many unrelated changes visible. You need to know to click on the heading to see the complete list. Better to bookmark mta.info. Send this one back to the developers, who need to do more beta testing and to consult an information specialist.

This app is badly done. When you download a map, it takes the full screen hostage and forces you to essentially have to kill the app to use it again. That’s just one bad thing I found in under 10 seconds.

I rarely write a review but this app is beyond incredible. The trip planner function has the “error in connectivity” for the last year I guess.. fix it, please
Train stops are all wrong!

Fix the train stops! It’s been a while now since all the Train stops are wrong. I have been waiting for a update to fix this but nothing has changed.
