Useful App, but has a Major Flaw

LeighLeigh2187

I use this app for when I travel on the weekends. It is very useful. My only issue is that the information is not updating automatically. This leads me to spend money unnecessarily on cabs. This app is inaccurate at times.

Crap-tastic!

Tone-alone

Opening screen: All black, just a bunch of blinking dots. Good work guys!

Broken App

Hasn’t worked in a month. Just a blackened map with blinking dots that is useless. Data needs to be updated manually in settings rather than automatically which is inefficient.

Map not working

Leebrewster

Without a working map this app is useless. Colored dots on a black screen are not helpful at all.

Not useful for key purpose

the.franster

I want an app to show me a dynamic system map. If a station is closed, I don't want a flashing dot, I want it to not show on the map. This app would be great if it represented the current available system, not a barely visible service layer on top of the regular options. The data doesn't auto refresh, the app is hard to use, and just doesn't do what we need.

Map doesn't show

pilotrtc

In the latest update, the map doesn't show. Instead I only see A black screen and flashing dots.

Broken app

The app hasn't worked in months.

Please fix

Gphace

This app was very useful for checking weekend status and daily status of the subway. But since it's latest update the map no longer displays properly making the app rather useless.

Actual map

Show me actually map. I still have to open each line to check the route. What is the point of this app? I can see that info in Apple maps

Map Stopped Showing

Nachum51

When I updated a month ago to iOS 11.2.2 the map stopped showing up and I can’t find any tech support at MTA to help resolve the issue
