Disappointing

I used to love this app. The functionality over Apple’s native Calendar app was great. Over the last year or so it seems like the support has grown thin and features and improvements are falling behind. Even something small that showed up recently are all day events showing over two days on the calendar but when you look at the event it is only one day. Makes it hard to read and ultimately undesirable.
IPad version is useless unless you shell out for pro

I bought the Week Cal app years ago because I liked it better than Apple’s calendar. I would still rate the app as a 4 on anything but an iPad where a 1 is too generous. (I’ll have to be diligent about blocking updates on other devices in case they ‘improve’ them.) Even simple things like swiping through months or going to a specific date are now impossible without the “Pro” version which requires a yearly subscription! GMAB

I’ve been a long time user and like many I paid for the app many moons ago. With the most recent update, you now have to pay a subscription to do just about anything other than very basic functions. I understand these are tough times, but this is an unacceptable practice. I’d rather purchase an app outright than pay a monthly or annual subscription. I dislike the subscription system now a days. If you’re looking for a calendar app, this is no longer the one to choose. Update 28 Sep 2020: The app normal features have been restored to the app. I have access to the views I like without the annoying Pro- subscription pop-up. My rating will reflect this change now, and I’ll start using the app again.

WOW, thanks for the update! Was a great app, with features to buy if I wanted the extras. But now I have to buy a pro version just to see upcoming and previous month appointments?!?! EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISSAPPOINTED!!! Deserves no stars for what you pulled on your clients.
Nice app but pop ups appear - no support reply

I purchased this app several years ago. After the recent upgrade, pop ups have appeared wanting me to upgrade for $20. I’m unable to scroll to the next month without the pop up coming up. I have emailed support twice to see how to get rid of the pop ups to purchase, which I already purchased several years ago. No response from support. Very disappointing and I’ll stop using if no resolution.

I’ve used this app for years and synced it with my work calendar. Suddenly that is only allowed in Pro. So disappointed. No warning, nothing. Now that I can’t do that, I have no reason to keep this app.
