Ive done EVERYTHING to make a webtoon. I have made so many different sized canvases and followed everything it told me to.

I honestly really enjoy WEBTOON. However, I recently deleted my Facebook account. I haven’t used it in over a year, but my account was linked to it. There is NO WAY to create a new account and have my information merged/transferred. This means I lose out on all of my purchased episodes (which I legally own), or any of my purchased coins for fast pass. This app would normally be an easy 4 star review for me, (not a 5 due to episodes not being consistently timely) but this lack of basic customer service is insane to me. This is an easy fix for most services because your account is linked to BILLING information. Therefor if you HAVE the billing information you should be able to transfer the account. Because of this, I will no longer be using this service. I will be purchasing the lore Olympic and midnight in poppy land books to finish my story. The others it’s kinda like “oh well I guess.” I will be trying tapas, TappyToon, and Lezhin.

I love graphic novels and anything like them and this app is full of graphic novels for free! Such talented artists too! It’s a pain to have to wait sometimes to be able to read the next episode… but besides that I would recommend this in a heart beat

Love how everything is free and. There is an option in spending money if you want to skip the wait. there are a variety of different WEBTOONs so there is always something new to read?

First of all this is the best app ever, I love this app so much because you can read comics on any topic and I really recommend Down to earth. This is deffently a 5 star app thank you for this experience

I love the app it so much fun to read about the different types of thing there is I saw an add on YouTube I didn’t seem to like the app but then I wanted to see what was so good about it then I liked it from start I read a 48 chapters in a day cuz it was so much fun to read it.

I love webtoon but one problem...

Only 2 star for a reason

I love webtoon but there is one problem..... I can never finish my series because I have to watch an ad to read the next one but the thing is; I can’t play an ad it always says that it can’t load ads. So please fix this really soon so I can finish this series
