Webtoon is really amazing, there are some really talented and amazing stories and artists and it takes you away from reality, it’s so entertaining and it keep you excited for the following weeks if your bored in quarantine. I really like it and I think you should try it too!

So I was on WEBTOON like normal and reading and stuff but then out of no where I have to pay just to read a series I’m half way done with so now instead of reading a story that the author spent years on possibly I now have to wait till I can pay for it. (the series I was reading is called yumi’s cells)

I can’t believe it I had free coins in my account to use later and I log in today to find out that they disappeared they took them off my account for what reason... now I can’t trust this app like I used to am not buying coins either?

Daily Pass on Completed Webtoons

I love the app. Like I read it every day, but it’s really annoying that once a WEBTOON is completed they only let you read a certain amount until you need a daily pass for it. I was like 11eps into Ghost Wife and it’s not letting me read any further. Lame

Customer Service Is Zero to None

Last month I participated in a rebate event. I expected to receive my coins back by January 6th. When they didn’t show up I sent an inquiry to customer service. They responded with an automated email and said i should’ve already received the coins and that if i didn’t then i had to send a screenshot of my coin balance and history. After doing so, they sent the same automated message back to me. This went on for about a month. There were 11 emails sent. It became very repetitive and annoying. It felt like talking to a wall. Last week, I received a notification about my coins expiring soon, but when i clicked on the notification the app would crash. I would restart it and my coin balance wouldn’t show the missing coins. This morning i received a notification saying they were going to expire in 24 hours. I’ve wasted a month emailing a robot and was never able to use those stupid coins. There should’ve been another way to contact SOMEONE at customer service. People pay for these coins only for them to go to waste because of a bug in their app. Very disappointing and frustrating.

There was an update recently and it unsubscribed me to all of my reads not only that but the ones I paid for fast read it undid them, very upset with this.
