Loved but MAJOR problem – WEBTOON: Comics Review

I honestly really enjoy WEBTOON. However, I recently deleted my Facebook account. I haven’t used it in over a year, but my account was linked to it. There is NO WAY to create a new account and have my information merged/transferred. This means I lose out on all of my purchased episodes (which I legally own), or any of my purchased coins for fast pass. This app would normally be an easy 4 star review for me, (not a 5 due to episodes not being consistently timely) but this lack of basic customer service is insane to me. This is an easy fix for most services because your account is linked to BILLING information. Therefor if you HAVE the billing information you should be able to transfer the account. Because of this, I will no longer be using this service. I will be purchasing the lore Olympic and midnight in poppy land books to finish my story. The others it’s kinda like “oh well I guess.” I will be trying tapas, TappyToon, and Lezhin.
