Easy for Beginners!

I have never even grilled before this pandemic, and was kind of intimidated. But this app made it so, so easy! It was user-friendly, and has a cool aesthetic. Learning was a breeze, and I have already used this app more times than I can count!

Broken part

I bought Genesis 2 and igniter was broken. I registered and tried calling but always being disconnected. Filed a claim and heard nothing, been 3 weeks. Very poor customer service

Helpful Video Tutorials? Not!

1st Time Weber Owner

I bought a new Weber Spirit E315 a couple of weeks ago and only downloaded this app for the Interactive Assembly Tutorial. I searched the app and never found the assembly tutorial. The 1-Star is for the app but I’ll give the grill 4-Stars.

I actually like this app. Some features still not working but otherwise it’s good. Would be nice if it would remember my grill so I didn’t have to set it every time I use the grill method guide.

No assembly instructions

I downloaded this app because the assembly guide said it had step-by-step instructions. If those exist on this app, I could not find them. A simple QR code on the print instructions could take a user straight to assembly instructions. This app is useless.

App Exceeds my Expectations

This is great for beginners and intermediate grillers. I didn’t expect Weber to have so much information on how to set up the coals, length of time to grill meat with various cuts and thickness. A timer is a plus. Weber’s has gone beyond my expectations and u can clearly seen a lot of work has been inputted to the development of the app.
