Brand new Spirit II grill/ 59502. It’s not heating up properly .

Have been on hold for a very very long time trying to connect to customer service. Can’t get through. Giving up now. Terrible shame as we spent good money and expected it to work properly

Concise and Acurate

The advice provided on the app is concise, accurate and helpful. I’ve been grilling for a long time and thought I “knew it all”. Not so- I’ve used the tips and information for steaks and chicken. I can honestly say it was taken my grilling to a new level.

What a disappointment! Following careful assembly, barbecue was ready for use and had food prepared, attempted to start the flame by turning the gas valve on the cylinder. Unfortunately, gas began to leak heavily between the pressure regulator valve (aluminum) and the black valve that attaches to the gas cylinder. Removed the gas line several times without luck. Returned the barbecue to Home Depot for a replacement. Hopefully the new unit works fine.

Would be nice if you could set it to half to flip then start again. Or even if it specified if it was per side or total.
