This app reads PDFs in indecipherable tongues. Aside from laughing uncontrollably after hearing it read, this is useless. I only bought this to read PDFs as it advertised and whatever it did, it wasn't reading, it was babbling nonsense. Absolute lunacy.

The voice is wonderfully understandable when it works. It seems to have trouble reading HTML tables and lists often skipping these items. I bought this for my severely dyslexic 19yo son who is traveling alone and needed to be able to find info online, so it is essential that it work all the time. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked out as we hoped.
Great app, one problem

The app has been great and I use it a lot. One problem has arisen, please help. When I cut and paste from PDFs into a Google docs document, it wants to read every other line. I can't get straight to the PDFs because of the university access it takes to get there which doesn't work on the iPhone.
This App Really Delivers.

Simply put, this app is the best money I have spent in the App Store. Works exactly as advertised (which is basically just like the text reader on my iMac). Tremendously useful on the go.

Ok.... Definitely not the best out there. Often reads incorrect half of the page in PDF files that have two columns of text on a single page. If using for magazine articles and literature, would buy elsewhere

This is a seriously useful and well executed app. I use it to read news stories that I save in a single Word doc in DropBox during my lengthy commute. That integration is a great feature. Some minor glitches in the voice generator--doesn't seem to like acronyms and abbreviations and numbers--but those are minor compared to the overwhelming usefulness of this app. I use it every day! Great job!

I purchased the "Talk to Me" app first when I was looking for an app that read online, articles and docs to me while driving without the annoying copy/paste. This does just that and comes with phenomenal customer service, they reply near immediately to your messages. 5 Stars all the way.

The last update messed up this app. It won't read PDF files that it was reading before. PLEASE fix this! It's THE BEST APP of it's kind. But it's only half as good now. Thank you!

This app USED to work well, but somewhere along the line it stopped working: missing sentences, entire paragraphs, etc. It is unusabl,e as it stands... A shame, as it avoided many of the problems of its competitors. But that doesn't matter, as it's reliability dropped dramatically within the past update.... Sad really, as this USED to be a good app. The PDF reading functionality is described as very much in beta, which IS accurate: it isn't reliable, either. I've since purchased Voice Reader (specifically to read PDFs), which for all of its flaws, at least works (but is also not the Holy Grail of text to voice iOS apps)....
